Newcastle United Football Club’s jerseys colors are Black and white striped shirts with black shorts and socks. The fans of the Newcastle United Football Club are called as Toon Army. Mike Ashley, the English Businessman bought the Newcastle United Football Club’s stake of 41.6% for £55m on 23rd May, 2007. Then, on 29th of October, England also made a bid for the 2018 world wide watched world cup, in which the St. James Park has also been mentioned as one of the stadiums.
On 26th of June, 2007, Ashley received about 90% of the shares he needed to complete the turn over for the club, thus making the Newcastle United Football Club one of the richest clubs in the world.

Club was also estranged in controversy when it was confirmed by the Northumbria Police that Newcastle has been one of the clubs that has been involved into alleged corruption. As far as the kits and jerseys of this club was concerned, it got back its traditional colors of Maroon and Blue Hops which were considered to be the original colors of the club. Newcastle’s European representation colors have been different and inconsistent though. Some of the recent colors they have worn are yellow with black shorts, grey with black trim and also sky blue and black.
