His biggest forte stands with his swift pace of game and his immaculate finishing although he has lost some pace on his game due to some injuries off late. He had to sit down from the games for almost a period of a year and a half, since December 2005, and then again made a comeback in the 2006-07 season.

His Childhood

Inspired and helped by his father, Michael Owen joined the team of 10 year olds and soon he started showing his colors to impress the club with his flair in the game. When he played for his primary school, he broke almost all the records for the local team. After his primary school, Owen joined Hawarden High school, where he continued to showcase his supremacy while playing for the school team.

Louise Bonsall, wife if Michael Owen, met each other in Owen’s primary school in 1984, and then after almost 20 years, got engaged and married each other on 24th June, 2005. They are proud parents of three children, Gemma Rose, James Michael, and Emily May.

His Career

After his school life, Owen returned England to play for Newcastle United. He has had a tremendous successful career since his childhood and under 21 international levels. When he made his debut for the senior team on 11th February 1998, he became the youngest player to represent his country in the 20th century.
